These terms apply when you use Nemaproblem.com and when you send an enquiry through the site. By using the site you accept them.

What we do

Nemaproblem.com lists holiday rentals on the Adriatic coast and the Balkans and passes enquiries to the owner or manager of each property. We are not the owner, manager or booking agent of the properties unless we say so in writing.

Enquiries are not bookings

Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. A booking exists only when the property owner or manager confirms availability and price in writing and you accept their terms. Any payment, deposit or cancellation terms are agreed directly with the owner or manager.

Prices and availability

Prices shown on the site are indicative, per night or per week in euro, and may change. Availability is confirmed by the owner or manager. Cleaning fees, tourist tax, deposits and minimum stays may apply and are confirmed before you book.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate contact details and travel dates.
Use the site lawfully and do not scrape, copy or misuse listings or photos.
Respect the property, its neighbours and the house rules.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation and change terms are set by the owner or manager and are confirmed before you book. Nemaproblem.com does not decide or administer refunds.

Liability

We take care to keep listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is correct or that a property will be available. To the extent permitted by law, Nemaproblem.com is not liable for the acts or omissions of property owners, managers or service providers.

Intellectual property

The site, its text and design belong to Nemaproblem.com. Destination photos are used under the licences listed on the Photo credits page. Property photos are provided by the owners or are demo images.

We may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Croatian law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Split, Croatia, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another forum.
