Holiday rentals in Serbia

Belgrade city breaks, Novi Sad and the Zlatibor mountains. No problem.

City weekends and mountain air

Serbia is not a beach destination, and that is the point. Belgrade is one of Europe’s best city breaks — fortress views over the Sava and Danube, a serious restaurant scene and river clubs that run late. Novi Sad is slower and greener, with a Habsburg fortress across the river.

South of both, Zlatibor is a pine-covered plateau at around 1,000 metres: hiking and waterfalls in summer, skiing at Tornik in winter. Our stays are city apartments and mountain cabins, priced per night and booked by enquiry.

Belgrade offers a big-city weekend at prices well below Western Europe: food, museums, river nightlife and easy day trips.

About three hours by road from Belgrade, or a bus from the main station. A car makes the waterfalls and villages easier.

Yes. Two nights covers the fortress, Skadarlija, the museums and a night on the river. Three is better.

Spring and early autumn for the cities; December to March if you want snow at Zlatibor.

Not in Belgrade or Novi Sad. For Zlatibor and the surrounding villages, yes.
