What we collect

Enquiry data: your name, email address, phone number (optional), travel dates, number of adults and children, the listing you are asking about and your message.
Technical data: page views and basic device information through cookie-free analytics. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
Correspondence: emails and messages exchanged after your enquiry.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and help you find a stay.
To pass your request to the owner or manager of the property you asked about, so they can confirm availability and price.
To improve the website and understand which destinations and pages are useful.
To meet legal and accounting obligations where they apply.

Legal bases

We process enquiry data because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and because we have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running the service (Article 6(1)(f)). Analytics data is aggregated and cookie-free. Where consent is required, we ask for it separately.

Who we share data with

The owner or manager of the property you enquire about, to answer your request.
Our hosting provider and email provider, as processors.
Our form and analytics providers, strictly to operate the site.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up and handle any dispute. Analytics data is aggregated and kept for up to 24 months. Data related to a completed booking may be kept longer where accounting or tax law requires it.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to receive your data in a portable format. Email info@poppo.se and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Croatian data protection authority (AZOP) or your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable processors. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
