List your stay

Nemaproblem.com is a small, curated collection of holiday rentals on the Adriatic and the Balkans. Private hosts can list their own apartment, house or villa — no commission, no online payments, and no middleman between you and the guest.

How it works

1. Create a host account — name, email, password and phone.
2. Add your stay — photos, address, price per night and per week, house rules and availability.
3. We review it — every listing is checked before it goes live.
4. Guests enquire — you get the dates and guest details by email and reply directly.

You keep the guest relationship and agree payment and deposit directly with them. Nemaproblem.com never handles money.
